We currently have offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with half our people based in offices outside of the UK. Our offices have grown with local lawyers who understand each country’s culture, business and language. Our lawyers benefit from exposure to some of the world’s leading companies, financial institutions and most innovative businesses and have the opportunity to work alongside key people at these organisations. Our client base includes a significant number of the current FTSE100 and Fortune Global 500 companies. We advise the top 10 investment banks, many of the world’s largest financial conglomerates, more than half of the top 60 European hedge fund managers and 13 of the top 20 US hedge fund managers. Our clients typically rank among the top 20 largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
- Growth markets
Our reach extends beyond our network of offices to emerging markets into which we are looking to expand. We have established Growth Market Groups in China, the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia. Over the next few years we will be focusing on our coordination of these teams and strengthening relationships with local law firms to ensure we continue to meet the needs of clients wishing to do business in those markets.
