We work closely as part of a cross-practice or cross-border team to deliver the skills required to meet each client’s situation. Our clients include financial institutions, corporate entities and employers who face significant penalties as a result of these investigations.

We are renowned for defending very challenging and potentially reputation damaging employment tribunal and civil court claims, the majority of which are high value (many are multi-million pound) discrimination/whistleblowing claims and bonus claims and can draw on this experience to manage any potential reputational damage.

Our clients often have a business critical need to manage risk, undertake risk assessments and have robust contingency and business continuity arrangements. At a time when many sectors are facing unprecedented regulatory upheaval at both the domestic, European and global level, we work closely with our clients, assisting them to align their structures, processes and terms and conditions to observe these new parameters.
