What do we look for in our people?
It’s our people, working together, that sets us apart. We take a real pride in the very different skills, backgrounds and knowledge they bring to the firm, but we also recognise they have something in common.
We want people who grab life by the horns, who have great qualifications and experience, but can also show that they have initiative and get-up-and-go. We’re also looking for a good grasp of how a law firm works, the tenacity to develop new business and win new work, drive and ambition to take an active role in driving our business forward.
Through the application and interview process, we will want to see how you get on with people and how well you work in a team. We will want to understand what experiences you have had, what value you can add to our business and how motivated and ambitious you are.
