We advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious technology issues and have significant experience in public procurement for large scale IT projects along with the more traditional outsourcing, software license and maintenance agreements. Clients range from government departments through to software providers and internet start-ups.

We advise internet service providers, start-up and established businesses on issues such as online contracts, branding, linking and framing, data protection, copyright and consumer protection as well as acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
