Firm hosts CBI conference on diversity and inclusion

International law firm Simmons & Simmons is hosting a diversity and inclusion conference run by the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) at its London headquarters on Tuesday 25 April 2017.
The conference focuses on boosting growth through inclusive workplaces and offers a mixture of keynote and panel sessions, as well as interactive breakout sessions; providing ideas, guidance and practical support for those businesses in attendance.
Several high profile speakers will be in attendance discussing key diversity and inclusion topics, to include; Baroness Ruby McGregor Smith CBE who will be speaking on race in the workplace, Stephanie Cox, Head of HR, Channel 4 on changing leadership behaviours and the key note speech will be delivered by CBI Director-General Carolyn Fairbairn.
Dr Anne Sammon, employment managing associate at Simmons & Simmons and author of the firm’s blog on workplace rights for parents, will also be participating in a panel discussion on embedding inclusive culture.
