Simmons & Simmons has been named as one of the Top 30 employers for working families for the fifth consecutive year
The list is compiled by work life balance charity Working Families and showcases organisations that have taken strides in bringing flexible practices into working parents’ and carers’ lives.
UK Employers answer in-depth questions and are scored on four key areas to build a comprehensive picture of their flexible and family friendly working environment. Simmons & Simmons was recognised for the increased flexibility given to working practices which enable the best quality work-life balance and career development.
Simmons & Simmons is one of seven law firms included in the list.
