The firm launches a new restructuring department following the arrival of a new partner

The Paris office of international law firm Simmons & Simmons has continued to expand its offering following the arrival of new partner, Sandra Esquiva-Hesse, who will head the new restructuring department.
Throughout her career, Sandra has gained extensive experience working with a multitude of clients, to include international companies, entrepreneurs and investors among others. She has significant experience in multinational transactions and litigations.
The launch of the restructuring department further highlights the firm’s dedication to meeting the needs of clients through a vast and strong offering. Sandra’s arrival will work to complete the firm’s offering in this very specific and technical market. The new department will also endeavour to capture what has become a very active market in Paris. Sandra will also be joined by an associate.
