Colleen is an associate within the Financial Markets group in Singapore. Colleen has experience advising financial institutions on a range of debt, structured finance and derivatives transactions. She also has experience advising asset managers on their trading relationships with market counterparties, including prime brokerage, derivatives and other trading agreements.

- advising hedge funds on prime brokerage and trading documentation with major prime brokers
- advising a syndicate of international banks in relation to a borrowing base facility to a global commodities trader
- advising an international bank on its receivables financing project undertaken in over 60 jurisdictions.
Colleen trained with the firm as a trainee solicitor before qualifying as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2018.
Prior to joining the firm, Colleen worked at UBS where she provided transactional and advisory legal support to the FX, rates and credit business in Asia.
Colleen has a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of London (Lead college: London School of Economics and Political Science), and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Law in London where she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.
